Emerald Frog Marketing delivers direct mail campaign for Epson and ASL

Automated System Group Ltd (ASL) is one of a carefully selected number of print service partners offering the latest Epson Workforce Pro RIPS (Replaceable Ink Pack System) range of business inkjet multi-function printers (MFPs).

As a result of this, ASL requested Emerald Frog Marketing to work with Epson on creating a direct mail campaign, to go out to businesses across the London region.

The design of the mail shot needed to be engaging with all the key messages and ready to land by 31st March on recipients’ desks.

The overall concept was a pop-out box containing all of the three key messages:

1. Save money

2. Save resources

3. Save time

Once opened, a spring loaded box jumps out, to provide maximum impact and trigger improved response rates from the carefully selected recipients.

Epson provided input into the overall style, imagery and content to ensure that the design was in line with their “WorkWithoutInterruptions” campaign.

The three models available, under Managed Print Services (MPS) agreement, are the colour A4 WorkForce Pro WF-R5190DTW, the WF-R5690DTWF, and the colour A3 WF-R8590DTWF.

A Managed Print Service solution from ASL gives customers the added benefit of cutting edge remote monitoring to keep printer networks up and running, ordering toner and collecting meter readings.
